This painting project was completed by our team of House Painters Chippendale.
It was a 130 year old terrace which was very dirty and had water issues.
The balcony fence was made of heritage wrought iron, which contained rust that needed to be treated.
As the project involved heights, the roof for example required cleaning and restoration.
After that High pressure cleaning was first required to clean all surfaces as part of the preparation for painting.
Our team painted all surfaces using federation heritage colours therefore to match the age of the terrace.
As a result, the terrace was brought back to life with its original heritage look and the balcony restored.
