This painting project was a 130 year old terrace that was completed by our team of House Painters Darlington.
The walls were peeling and contained a heavy texture. This meant we had to remove peeling paint and apply acrylic render over all the walls. to cover the old texture pattern.
The top balcony was made of wrought iron or heritage type.
The roof required cleaning and restoration and this therefore was no problem as our painting team is familiar with projects that are elevated.
After that we applied High pressure cleaning to clean all surfaces.
Our team painted all surfaces using heritage federation colours therefore to match the type of terrace.
As a result, our painting team had bought the terrace back to its original heritage look with the balcony fully restored.
