This project was completed by our team of House Painters Double Bay.
This one bedroom, one bathroom rental unit had constant water issues which therefore we first needed to fix.
We completed the painting project in 2 stages in order to:
- Accommodate around the tenant who was a shift worker, and
- Create minimal mess on the job.
In conclusion, we prepared the unit to be ready for painting. After that so it could be finished by the next day.
