This project was completed by our House Painters Pagewood.
This house had not been painted in over fifteen years. We worked closely with the client and ensured what needed to be done in order to make the house looking like new again.
The pergola was rotten beyond repair and needed replacing. The laundry door had already started to rot which we dug out and used a timber hardener to fix. The fascia board, capping over the garage and masonry were all damaged as a result of the weather. While repairing the garage we brought in carpenters to change the pergola using hardwood.
The end result was while the clients had the all the timber get repaired and replaced but more importantly the exterior our the house was completely repainted protecting all external surfaces.
