This project was completed by our experienced Roof Painters Holsworthy Wattle Grove.
The roof was made up of two halves.
One part was made up of an old roof that was corroded concrete roof tiles that were embedded with dirt and dust. As a result, it needed an extreme yet delicate pressure clean.
The second part was a new addition to the roof and posed a difficult problem. Our team had to source a primer to hold on to the glazed tiles whist maintaining the overall look.
After a comprehensive pressure wash, priming then top coating the entire roof using we discovered that one hundred and thirty litres of paint were used.
As a result, this roof now has a more solid coating than new tiles and will withstand any of the elements of our harsh Australian climate for many years to come.
